We have been retained by our client, a well-established, professionally managed asset management company, to identify a Manager Customer Services (Digital Experience) to be based at Mumbai. Job Purpose: To create, implement and manage digital processes and best practices that ensure a high-quality customer experience across all retail digital touch points and interactions. Responsibilities - - Create and enhance the transaction efficiencies by making the digital experience easy for the customers. - Drive overall satisfaction improvements by working directly to resolve known issues and performance problems and working cross functionally to influence changes to enhance efficiencies and launch new features. - Identifies and promotes potential new/incremental changes to methods of interacting with customers online. - Design, develop and implement online methods for online customer interaction - Review and asses the digital channels quality and cost-efficiency of online customer interaction. - Compile responses of customer feedback regarding their online interactions, with regard to improving the methods of digital channels. - Develop and optimize digital support and service processes, tools, and systems. - Planning, Including new Ideas on the digital properties. - Identifying the bottle necks in customer experience in website and app, understanding the technological and financial implications of new innovations. - Screening of partner software agencies, Managing the inhouse IT developers, Co-ordinating the technical and functional requirements with all stakeholders associated to the digital properties. - Maintaining a bug tracker and regularly updating it, and ensuring an end to end development of the Software product. - Keeping up with latest technologies and the competitors of the organization. Skills: - Demonstrated passion for customer experience and track-record for driving improvements to it. - Should be a creative thinker - Excellent communication skills - Project management skills - Passion for Digital marketing, web analytics and optimization, digital media, and client satisfaction - Leadership quality. - Good presentation skills.
