L - Manager-Customer Service(Global Customers)_Coimbatore_ pref. Industry Machinery Manufacturing & Export oriented unit
Key Responsibilities :
- Full accountability for the order to delivery cycle - customer service interface
- Tracking of Orders and routinely inform customers of their Order status and liaise with internal and external parties as necessary for execution of orders.
- Handle customer complaints in accordance with company/business procedures & work closely with Technical Support team/Quality-CDT&R team and track complaints through resolution including arranging warranty spares.
- Performing customer support team with a diverse skill set to respond to and resolve customer queries in a quick and efficient manner,
- Manage accurate shipping documentations including letter of credit & timely disposal.
- Close Networking with Cross Functional team viz. Sales, Planning, Engineering, Sourcing, Logistics, Finance, PMO/GPM etc.
- Participate in PSI process lead by factory for order-based inventory ensuring standard delivery lead time.
- Coordinate with Master Scheduling team in factory for order planning & dispatches.
- Remain knowledgeable of Company's products, key processes, business initiatives and internal resources in order to assist the sales team/Customer service to team to resolve any escalations.
- Accountable for providing high customer service levels and develop strong customer relationships, promoting an ongoing improvement.
