Manager - Customer Service - FMCG (5-12 yrs)
Job Description :
- Leads and provides direction to Customer Service and Inventory Management Teams.
- Leads, advises and makes decisions on all major customer service activities for the Business.
- These activities include : customer service operations, process development, planning & execution, customer interaction / business partnership, systems / data management & reporting, and people, talent & budget management.
Responsible :
a. Customer Service :
- Determine customer service strategy
- Manages all aspects of customer service activities for a regional operation in Traditional Trade
- Responsible to optimize the delivery process .
- Bring in process excellence by monitoring performance, identifying and resolving customer service issues.
- Responsible for managing financial status .
- Resolution of Customer queries
b. Forecasting of Demand : Creating requisite dashboards & develop strategy.
c. Customer -Business : Stake Holder Management
