Manager - Customer Service - Auto/Automotive

Key Job Functions/Accountabilities :

- Key responsibility on Sales and Collection

- New Business development

- Managing Customer line and address all concerns timely

- Successfully support running the customer line by ensuring line parameters for Pretreatment Chemicals, CED, Primers and Topcoats

- Work with Plant and TF for effective problem solving at customer lines through systematic Root Cause analysis

- Customer relationship management

- Forecasting & Scheduling customer requirements

- Constant monitoring of Competitor activities

- Commercial issues like Account reconciliation & CN, DN adjustment working other & statutes.

The position requires techno - commercial interaction with customer on daily/routine basis and new development customers in APAF & HD Segement. The candidate will be stationed at Ahmedabad to monitor all region ie Rajkot, Jamnagar, Baroda etc. The incumbent will also spend ample time with customer for business maintenance and new development, technical support, problem resolution and commercial settlement. The position is linked to a sale opportunity of INR 3.6 CR of APAF business at Gujarat & 1.5 CR of HD Segment.
