Strategy & Execution:
- Spearhead customer retention marketing.
- Generate revenue through repeat purchases from online customers
- Drive customer lifetime value [LTV] to maximize ROAS
- Drive engagement throughout the customer journey - from onboarding > adoption > retention > advocacy
- Identify, evaluate and implement marketing automation tools
Analytics:
- Nurture B2C customer base using monthly cohorts analysis
- Segment & retain customers using RFM analysis
- Intuition & data-driven approach to analyze consumer behavior and drive actions
- Analyze transaction data, curate consumer insights to retarget across channels, products
- Analyze campaign & website transaction data to build consumer journey
Candidature requirements:
- 3-5 years- experience in B2C ecommerce, SaaS, digital & analytics companies
- Deep expertise in customer retention, loyalty, repeat purchases
