Job Description : - Responsible for designing the annual operating plans which enables the Modern Trade channel to achieve its objectives. - The incumbent needs to be shopper centric and defines local standards for the brand's availability across on-line platforms keeping in mind the shopper and key shopping behaviors across the online platforms. - Responsible for all sales and marketing activities (Promotion, activations, Communication, pack development) working collaboratively with local brands, media, and product supply teams.&nbsp; - He/she is also responsible for organizing necessary infra and resources, identification of geography wise opportunities and business drivers, creation of trade marketing plans within assigned budgets, monitoring trade spends - Experience of 8 to 10 years - prior Modern Trade/Customer marketing experience with proven track record of growth results. - Comprehensive knowledge of MT landscape and KPI`s, Shopper Marketing, category management and brand strategies - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to draw actionable conclusions from a wide variety of data points / KPI`s - Strong communication skills, with the ability to listen, to understand, and to translate the company/brand strategy to MT Customers. - Negotiating skill - Ability to work effectively within a fast paced, complex matrix and changing environment - Flexibility to travel as required
