Manager - Customer Marketing - Insurance (3-5 yrs)
We are looking for Manager - Customer Marketing for a leading Insurance company based at Gurgaon.
Job Location : Corporate HQ, Gurgaon
Education : Graduate /Post Graduate in Management
CTC : Best in Industry
Reporting To : Chief Manager - Customer Marketing
Department : Customer Marketing
Exp : 4-6 years of work experience in the area of Customer Marketing
Nature of the Role : Individual Contributor
Working Timings : 9 am onwards, 5 days working
Drive engagement with a customer through customer communication, renewals and other initiatives
1. Customer Engagement:
- Design& execute a monthly customer engagement calendar for existing customers across all channels.
- Communication to be designed as per the various company agendas
- Think of creative ideas to engage with the customer.
2. Customer Communication- Transactional:
- Work with the operations team to simplify customer-facing documents and standardize the quality of communication sent to existing customers.
- Closely work with & support Operations in all their Customer Communication needs.
3. Campaigns- Renewals, Cross sell & Digital Servicing
- Design specific customer campaigns to drive renewals and revenue impact of the same.
- Design payment options, awareness of self-service benefits etc. to drive digital servicing agendas
- Design campaigns for Cross sell to existing customers and do lead generation
- Design Campaigns and create workflows on campaign management tool for all campaigns
4. Marketing Analytics
Do analytics on customer response through various campaigns, understand customer behavior and share insights and implement the same in future campaigns.
5. Agency Handling: Liaison with creative agencies for email, SMS and other creative elements requirement and ensure that all jobs are delivered on time
6. Compliance with Regulatory and Legal Guidelines Ensure that communication sent is compliant and duly approved by legal /compliance team before deployment and is timely filed with IRDA
Measures of Success:
- Campaign metrics -Drive Open Rate & Click rate etc.
- Renewals: Payment done through campaigns (Revenue from buckets)
- Leads and thus Revenue through Cross- sell
- -Insights through Analytics
- Drive NPS Score for communication
- Implementing programs as per the customer engagement calendar
- New customer engagement initiatives
- Measurement of all campaigns - to evaluate success and identify improvement areas for future campaigns
Knowledge and skills required:
- Experience in Marketing esp. customer facing and agency handling
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in campaign management tools like Netcore, Mail Chimp etc.
- Experience in tools like Excel, Access, SQL etc.
- Ability to work well in cross functional teams
- Strong Customer centricity. Should be a self-assured individual.
