- Manage end to end customer lifecycle for Tata Digital through Marketing Channels like E-mailers, SMS, Push Notifications and In-app Notifications, with a view to increase customer LTV
- Design, Implement and Run Customer Segment-wise Retention Campaigns
- Create and Manage CLM Calendar
- Provide Analytics and Insights for CLM
- Evaluate new tools and communication channels to be used for CLM
- KPIs: # of Customers and Transactions, GMV, Cohort Metrics for Segments and
- Campaigns, Funnel Metrics for Campaigns
