CANDIDATES WHO CAN JOIN IMMEDIATELY MAY APPLY Position - Manager - Customer Experience CTC - 20 to 25 Lakhs (Inclusive of 15% Variable) Experience - 6+ Years About the Role: This role is an outstanding opportunity to lead strategic & impactful initiatives Pan-India, reporting to the Head of Community Operations & Customer Support. You will play a key role in solving problems through data analytics and leading our support network teams to deliver stellar outcomes and continuous process improvement. You will be the go-to person for our key initiatives and whilst handling senior stakeholders relationships across the larger business to set the right expectations and deliver handsomely on the same. This role requires a commitment to operational excellence, as well as creative thinking with a strong customer-centric mindset. We are looking for versatile profiles that have a knack for solving problems along with the ability to push new initiatives, positively challenge the status quo and make the role what they want it to be. Responsibilities : - Be the owner of our contact centre dedicated to support Delivery Workers on the company's Payroll. - Own performance metrics such as CSAT [Customer Satisfaction Score ] , Productivity , Quality, SLA,Contact Rate, and Costs for the contact centre. - Lead large teams - we are ramping up fast. We will trust you to take care of employee experience, performance and growth aspirations of employees in your business units while hiring exceptional talent on your teams. - Champion the 'Voice of Users' and lead the way in setting up a high bar for User Experience - Design, pilot and own unbiased experiments / initiatives that transform our operations and learn more about our users. - Help build, evolve and execute the strategy with partners, be it category managers, functional or regional teams Candidate Profile: - 6+ years experience whether it be in a startup, bank, consultancy, operations, or corporate, you are someone who loves leading change in a fast-paced environment - Hustler and builder: you are a hustling multi-tasker who is passionate about building processes, continuously tinkering and optimising them. - Data driven: you can draw actionable insights from hoards of data points in a consistent, coherent fashion. Knowledge of SQL is a definite plus. - Organized collaborator: you are able to prioritize ruthlessly and work with cross functional teams to drive phenomenal results on business priorities.
