Qualification - MBA - IIM,IIT, MDI,FMS, SP Jain, XLRI, NITIE, MICA, IMT, XIME. - Identify & build affordability capabilities & enablers that will drive significant growth in online sales of Large Appliances in India. These growth opportunities could span across increasing coverage, improve adoption and conversion (E.g. Consumer Finance, Product exchange, etc). - Work closely with cross-functional teams to pilot, build & scale such capabilities in a sustainable manner. Be the SPOC from Large Appliances standpoint to ensure program management, status monitoring & delivery of such programs. Own, set-up and track output metrics for each project (GMV upside, Adoption, ROI). - Brand insights, Work closely with KAMs & sell-side teams on new brand pitches as well as affordability insights/ specific deep-dives for existing brand partners. - Own critical horizontal customer experience & hygiene charters for Large Appliances business NPS & NPS drivers, Reviews & Ratings, etc. This workstream may involve ad-hoc RCAs/interventions on escalations. - Help in preparing business case preparations, Customer and Market insights, and related analytics work.
