Manager - Customer Engagement/Service Delivery - Healthcare

Job Description :

- 12+ years of overall work experience, 5+ years of Management experience in Service delivery, Service Management and Quality & Knowledge Management in a service organization

- Ability to connect with multiple functions (IT, HR, Purchasing, Finance and Insight & Data Services)

- Very good knowledge of Service Management (ISM Service Management) frameworks, processes, best practices

- Project Management certified (PMP-Silver)

- Good understanding of Service Agreements and the supplier market for outsourcing services
