We are hiring experienced Customer Engagement Candidate for a Logistic Start-up company who is passionate about Customer Engagement and love to work in a fast pace environment.
About the role :
We are looking for an individual who will lead our early handholding/onboarding efforts on the customer/partner side. As a member of our core operations team you will be increasing the comfort level of our users in their early stages. This will optimize our sales funnel & significantly influence our retention cohorts!
Roles & Responsibilities :1. Conceptualize and own early handholding on the customer & partner side
2. Develop logical storylines & back it up with communication to engage the customers/partners using multiple channels
3. Leverage problem-solving skills to develop frameworks/hypothesis that will help in enhancing our early retention efforts
4. Apply a range of quantitative and qualitative analytical techniques to identify issues and synthesize analysis into clear, sound recommendations
5. Extensive crafting of target audience, consumer personas, their needs state enabling Porter to drive better adoption of various categories
6. Design holistic campaigns to engage the partners/customers ensuring better retention eventually leading to quality partner/customer throughput.
7. Customer Segmentation,Customer Behavior Analysis.
Qualification and Experience : BE/B.Tech Graduate/PG(/Tier 1 colleges) with 1-3 years of experience
