Manager - Culture & Engagement - BFSI/Telecom (5-10 yrs)

Our client is leading end-to-end technology enabled solutions provider to the Indian e-commerce industry.

Responsibilities:

OD Strategy & Culture

- Work with the Lead- Culture and Engagement to develop strategies to successfully scale our iCORP values.

- Analyze culture data collected through our employee engagement survey and other culture relevant feedback, and develop interventions aimed at addressing culture "hot spots."

- Partner and collaborate with our learning and development team partners to create learning paths directly tied to living our Culture Code

- Partner and collaborate with our Marketing and Diversity & Inclusion communications lead to build relevant culture communications

Employee Engagement

- Develop strategies and initiatives that enable all employees to engage and align to the strategy and help articulate and develop new ways of working to achieve business goals and strong performance

- Developing and driving effective Engagement initiatives and programs to enhance Culture and Values in place and effectively infused in the organization, throughout various and active channels, such as but not limited to townhalls, internal engagement events, activities, or any ad-hocs projects based on innovative methodologies

- Managing and enhancing company's internal communication channels and platforms to ensure effective and impactful delivery

- Deploy engagement programs for field workforce

Employer Awards

Candidate Profile:

- 6-10 Years experience in OD, Talent Management, Engagement in a high growth environment.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to liaise with senior stakeholders.

- MBA (HR)/PGDBM

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel and Word

- Adept at designing frameworks & processes from scratch basis organizational needs.

- Ability to create buy in for interventions amongst HR and Business Leadership.

- Mindset towards scalability, sustainability and cost consciousness

- Good analytical skills.

- Formulating Strategy & Concepts.

- Superior interpersonal skills.
