Job Description : - Handling Government clients like Army Canteens &amp; Police Canteens. Coordinate with CSD Depots &amp; ensuring SKUs in CSD, handling store merchandising, product promotion etc. &amp; timely billing collection. Maintaining healthy relationship with channel partners / distributors. - Developing &amp; maintaining relationship with Officer level posts who are heading CSD depots - Monitor Depot Fill Rate &amp; stock Control from CFA to Depot &amp; from Depot to URCs Team Handling : 3 CSD AMs and 9 CSD SOs A successful applicant will : - Be experienced working within an Omni-channel or CSD business. Preferably should have handled the leadership role in CSD/CPC with an overall experience of 9-12 years. - Have a vast track record of successfully growing CSD channel performance as well as delivering on budget and long term strategy. - Have a key interest in the product and category they have worked with and have a great understanding of customer and market behavior and able to adapt to changes. - Be an exceptional senior stake holder manager, both internally and externally and able to influence and take people on a journey at all levels. - Have amazing commercial acumen and constantly looking for significant yet realistic performance improvement. - Be a great team leader and people manager with the ability to galvanize and build a brilliant team which is both technically and culturally in line with the brand's values.
