- Interfacing with Registrar of Companies, RBI, Head office and company's lawyers in various secretarial, compliance and legal issues

- Expertise in coordinating and handling consumer cases/civil cases and assesses the merits of different types of litigation claims & select, briefs appropriate external counsel.

- Efficiently involved in preparing commercial contracts for various business requirements. Legal documentation, standardize formats and implementation.

- Conducting Board and General Meetings of the company in coordination with the Holding Company.
