Job Details :

- Run Social Media analytics

- Should have worked on worked on large sets of data

- Create and execute plans to migrate customers from offline only to Omni-channel customers.

- Aid both online and offline teams through qualitative and quantitative consumer research

- Involve in various analytics like customer analytics, pricing, customer segmentation etc.

- Act as Channel Owner of CRM Channels and Responsible for completing end to end operations (Planning Segmenting Targeting Executing) CRM Campaigns

- Conceptualize and model a Segmentation Process for the users to be targeted by CRM Channels to convert Recent Buyers into Frequent Buyers
