Position : CRM Manager

Location :- Bangalore

Job Description:

- Execute CRM activities for FMS

- Plan and execute client engagement as per planner

- Capture any requirements of customer related to product and service offered by organization.

- Explore possibilities of avenues of additional revenue from existing client in form of improved scope of work or additional scope for New Business

- Be the anchor for Strategic Account Management in the region

- Create MIS & Database to monitor the journey of each customer engagement

Particular Aptitudes/Skills : 

- Good English Communication

- Have a good hand on MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint

- Customer relationship management

- Team Management

- Prefer to work in a team
