Manager - CRM & Analytics - NBFC (5-10 yrs)
Looking for Marketing Analytics and CRM professional with extensive analytics experience.The resource should be able to design and implement multiple marketing programs by drawing insights from customer insight process.
Key responsibilities include :
- Use analytics and implement strategies to advance customer retention,help in customer segmentation and cross category propensity.
- Work across teams to improve and optimize CX.
- Assess overall business' health by defining dashboards and communicating customer KPI's.
- Synthesize and communicate relevant trends,opportunities and risks.
- Analyse and synthesize various customer research using different touch-points, to shape a deeper understanding of customers.
- Provide robust analytics /insights to cross-functions and help in designing all marketing and CRM campaigns.
Requirements :
- MBA/PG with statistical background.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Marketing Analytics.
- Expertise in Big data and analytics technologies including Hadoop,Hive, SQL, R, Python,BI, Tableau, Qlikview etc.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
P.S. : Outstation candidates should be willing to relocate to Chennai.
