Job Description :

- Collaborating with Bankers and fostering long-term relationships through regular communications & meetings.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.

- Informing and inviting bankers for a project Launch.

- Provide financial advice and guidance to client's basis on their eligibility.

- Facilitating smooth coordination between clients and banker.

- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to offer informed advice to clients.

- Providing APF documents to bankers and ensuring the project is approved by receiving APF approvals.

- Generating revenue through providing leads to the bankers.

- Generating commission bills and ensuring we have received the payout.

- Coordinating with an internal team for solving customer's queries.

- Follow up with clients for collection, agreement signing, and addressing any queries or concerns.

- Prepare and compile reports related to collections, agreements, and client interactions.

- Prepare presentations (PPT) for monthly reviews and target setting.

- Conduct reviews and set targets for the team.

- Coordinate client agreement signings.

- Collection for Daily, Agreement Status, Inflow of Quarterly & Yearly
