Job Location: Gurgaon

Job Objective:

This role will be accountable for driving the credit/fraud policy decisions across the customer life cycle and own the Lending Portfolio P&L both from ensuring acceptable risk performance as well as driving top line revenue targets by finding adjacent opportunities across partner customer segments (banks and telcos).

Job Responsibilities :

- Managing Policy/Strategy

- Leveraging scores (credit and fraud) generated by Data Science team and building strategy to control the portfolio gates

- Building framework for measuring periodic performance of existing strategies

- Performing swap set analysis for strategy go live approval process

- P&L responsibility

- Responsible for Portfolio P&L Forecasting and ensure Closed Loop Governance (with banks/Telcos);

- Develop portfolio tracking metrics and design reports leveraging existing tech team

- Monitor health portfolio as per agreed objectives and come up with solutions to keep portfolio healthy interfacing data science and product team

- PDD monitoring

- Monitoring PDD MIS, Follow-up for pending PDDs, PDD pendency to be kept within acceptable limits.

- Coordination with the partner team for the due/ overdue PDD process.

- Revenue Enhancement

- Analytics of performance data and suggesting revenue enhancement opportunities.

- Engaging with Data Science team to define scores/target variable/ feature engineering

- Collaborate with product and customer success teams to develop and implement a "Test & Learn" agenda to continuously test new product constructs, refine offers and optimize the marketing effort/budget across the customer life cycle.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Work Experience: 5-7 years

Core requirements :

- Deep knowledge of scorecards, credit policies and risk management in an unsecured context

- Experience in validating and implementing risk models and strategies

- Hands-on experience in a credit/fraud strategy team for more than 3 years

- Passion for using data and algorithm to drive underwriting decisions

- Previous exposure to below algorithms (preferably multiple):

- Strategy performance tracking and swap in / swap out analysis

- Strong entrepreneurial drive

Desirable :

- Previous experience in managing P&L for credit portfolio

- Experience in working with Credit Card firm

- Hands-on experience working with Telecom data

- Compensation: Not a constraint for the right candidate
