Manager - Credit Rating

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for achieving team / revenue targets. Ensuring adequate planning, monitoring and control for the same and taking timely corrective action in case of any anomalies after discussions with reporting manager

- Accompanying the Analysts for Management Discussions/ rating contest calls and also attending independent Rating contest calls with the client and sales

- Meeting sales regularly to determine process changes/improvements. Offer support to sales team for explaining product information to the customers by making presentations, onsite support if required and addressing any specific queries and ensuring that the SLAs for processes are met

- Preparation/Review of reports by analyzing a given entity & assignment of credit rating within the timelines and the SLA and ensuring full accuracy of data and quality. Able to address team member queries

- Adhering to the different processes and timelines as per the SLA of various projects and work on financial/business research based assignments / reports performing complex analysis

- Interact with Correspondents/Customers/Sales Associates/Internally to ensure delivery of reports by ascertaining quality & timeliness.

- Responsible for value addition and process improvement in reports

Key Requirements :

Chartered Account/Cost Account/ MBA - Finance /other Equivalent Qualification with 5 - 6+ years of relevant experience.

Candidates with 12 - 18 months of Managerial experience (managing team/ targets) would be preferred

Linguistic Proficiency : English & Hindi

Primary External Interactions : SER Business clients - the Managing Director, CFO and CEO of entities, D&B Business Partners

Primary Internal Interactions : RMS Operations and Sales Team, HR,IT

Competencies :

- Excellent Front ending skills

- Analytical Capabilities

- Good Knowledge of Accounts & Finance.

- Excellent Presentation & Communication Skills

- Sound Business Knowledge / Updated on Current Affairs

- Good Administration/ Co-ordination skills
