JD:

- Designing, implementation & adherence of credit policy.

- Robust knowledge of end to end process and LOS is a must. Experience in digitisation and automation of credit and allied processes.

- Identifying and mitigating gaps in lending system and processes.

- Vetting of all credit policies from the angle of inherent and control risks.

- Portfolio Monitoring of asset portfolio on regular basis and submitting reports to Senior Management highlighting Risk areas.

- SWOT analysis of portfolio and highlighting gaps and suggesting actionable.

- Identification, measurement and mitigation of risks.

- The profile shall be responsible for ensuring the overall quality of the lending portfolio by planning & directing all aspects of Credit Risk.

- This role will be expected to fully understand the business and evaluate, improve and monitor it, including assisting in reporting to the Board and Board Committee.

- Prepare reports deemed necessary to convey loan and portfolio to management.
