1) Understanding and delivering solutions to Regional Sales requirements to set up Master policy Holder (MPH). 2) Interface with appropriate Internal departments ( Actuaries, IT, Finance and Ops ) for new MPH setup. 3) Responsible for assisting Dept in planning and coordinating with sales/functions for promotional activities to drive business. 4) Publish dashboard to RM and team in regions. 5) Proactively identify /initiate Improvement Projects through focused interactions & reviews with Stakeholders 6) Drafting SOP and Business requirement processes. 7) Development of Business with existing partners by handling new enquiries and negotiation. Experience Required 1) Experience in Credit Life/Group Business to setup Mater Policy is must. 2) Candidates who have experience in Group/Credit Life/Asset background and/or working in capacity of Key Accounts Manager/Account manager for Life Insurance companies.
