Manager- Credit Appraisal - Large Corporate - Infra/Power - NBFC

We are hiring for the role of Manager-Credit Appraisal- Large Corporates (INFRA/POWER) @NBFC-Mumbai location.

Required Experience: 2 to 4 years.

Required Education: CA/MBA

Credit Appraisal and Due diligence

Detailed project appraisal by analyzing the project/ promoter/sector and present the analysis to the Credit Committee.

Key Tasks:-

- Preparation of detailed Term Sheet and negotiate with client to get the buy-in.

- Negotiated terms should include deal specific risk mitigants; comply with applicable legal and regulatory guidelines, internal risk parameters and client specific requirements.

- Preparation of financial model and project appraisal

- Present the analysis to the Credit Committee

- Execution of Tripartite Agreement with Concession Authority for road/port/airport sector

- Key point of contact with concession authority for execution of tripartite agreement

Portfolio Management

- Regular (Quarterly/Half-yearly) analysis of project- s/client's financial and operational performance and provide update to senior management on the same

- Active monitoring of the portfolio by constant interaction with client, consultants, co-lenders, competitors etc and monitoring news updates from public sources

- Monitoring financial, operational and other covenants as per transaction documents; track key trigger events (Put/Call Option, Mandatory Prepayment etc).

- Building Sectoral Expertise

- Keep track of critical updates in the sector such as award of new projects, announcement of new Governmen policies, news pertaining to existing clients etc.
