Job Profile:

- Proficiency in Valuation fundamentals & techniques

- Financial analysis & modelling for all Real Estate Asset classes and their nuances

- Compile concise reports and presentations

- Understanding of various Deal Structures & their implications

- Monitoring loan covenants and ensuring compliance

- Preparing periodic information for submission to bankers

- Monitoring budgets and cash flows of under construction projects

- Preparing credit proposals for submission to bankers

- Reviewing budgets, preparing business plans, interacting with all teams to monitor and analyse performance

Desired Profile:

- MBA or CA qualified with 2-3yrs of work experience is desired.

- Candidates from Real estate/ Rating agencies is preferred.
