Job Description:

Type Of Exp Preferred-Credit Administration in Banks, NBFCs involving understanding the concepts in loan and security documentation, security creation viz., hypothecation, mortgage (EM and Registered Mortgage), Registration of charge with ROC, Cersai, legal matters, Term Sheet vetting, sanction letter issuance, experience in appraisal and assessment etc.,

Overall purpose of the job-To lead Credit Administration Teams engaged in preparation of loan, security documents and charge registration, Disbursal clearances, compliance with Pre-Disbursement and Post-Disbursement conditions of sanction etc.,

(a) Customer Service Standards

- Ensure achieving TAT for issue of SL, documents etc., to the business teams, Customization of documents in coordination with internal and external legal

- Ensuring TAT for verification of executed documents and for clearances for disbursements

- Be responsible for timely resolution of customer queries and complaints.

- To suggest improvements in the documentation and customer on boarding process on an ongoing basis

(b) Credit Administration and Compliance

- To ensure error free documentation support by the team

- To review SOPs on an ongoing basis and suggest changes

- To ensure error free security creation support by the team

- To ensure 100 % compliance with all pre-disbursement conditions and sending alerts to business teams regarding post-disbursement compliance

- To ensuring sending of monthly reports by the team

- To act as a checker, if need be

- To coordinate with other CATs on resolution of any issues

- Think out of the box and to suggest process improvements

- To advise and educate team members on various provisions of lending laws.

- To report any deviation in policy in credit sanctions

- To ensure adequacy of terms of sanction to protect Bank's interests.

- To maintain a panel of valuers and review their performance and report to credit department
