As a Content Creative , your main responsibility is to:
- Create social media posts for various brands
- Create content for social media ads for various brands in Facebook and Instagram
- Reply to brand review comments by customers
Responsibilities include :
1. Creation of social media posts for a variety of brands
2. Creation of social media ads for a variety of brands
3. Strict adherence to guidelines mentioned in the Brand Guide
4. Strict adherence to timelines
5. Quick response to customer reviews (liason with the brand before responding to complex reviews, as necessary)
Skills Needed :
1. Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
2. Copywriting and Creative skills
3. Ability to research and increase awareness of the brand you're writing about
4. High content curation and writing skills
5. Attention to detail - mistake proofing and copy editing skills
6. Experience with the various software used for online media, and graphic design
7. Experience of working on social media content
8. Customer service experience
