Manager - Costing - Manufacturing Plant/Trading Firm (5-12 yrs)
Our client is having 2 companies in China (Near Beijing), one of them is a manufacturing plant and one more is a trading company.
JD:
- Periodical review and costing of manufactured articles as per company guidelines
- Costing of new products
- Cost-benefit analysis
- Lean process analysis and implementation
- Lean saving control and reports
- Cost centre expenses monitoring, plan vs actual
- Budget in coordination with production floor team
- MIS and analysis ofProductwise and customer wise
- Periodic review of actual margins and expenses
- Simulation for targeted margin and expense ratios
- Analysis of return on investment contribution analysis/profitability statement
- Reporting to the corporate office at House
