Manager - Costing - CA/CFA

Position: Manager Costing (Management Accounting)

Job Summary:

- We're seeking an experienced Manager Costing for well-known Steel Manufacturing Company. As a Manager Costing, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of cost accounting systems, analyzing production costs, and providing strategic insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the costing team.

- Develop and implement cost accounting systems, policies, and procedures.

- Analyze and report on production costs, including material, labor, and overhead.

- Conduct cost-benefit analyses and provide recommendations to management.

- Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives.

- Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for cost improvement.

- Prepare and present financial reports to management.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in cost accounting.

- Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and practices.

- Proficient in accounting software (e.g. SAP, Oracle).

- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

Additional Requirements:

- CMA/CA/CFA certification preferred.

- Experience with budgeting and forecasting.

- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and cost.

- Excellent knowledge in Advance Excel.
