Position :- Manager Costing, Budgeting & billing
Qualification & Experience: Graduation in Civil Engineering/Architecture,
Post-Graduation in Construction Management (Preferred) with min 10 -12years of relevant experience (min 5yrs of Real Estate experience is mandatory)
Critical Skills: BOQ preparation, Costing, Budgeting and Billing, Post contract management
- Quantity surveying techniques, knowledge of IS1200
- Business acumen
- Analytical skills
- SAP PS and MM Module
