Manager - Corporate Treasury - Financial Risk & Regulations - Consulting Firm (6-9 yrs)
For the Financial Regulations and Risk consulting practice of a big 4. This team includes subject matter experts with deep industry experience and from varied backgrounds including banking, insurance, risk management, treasury, rating analyst, information technology and consulting. They address a variety of client issues.
The team's skill sets and competencies span multiple fields that demand an in-depth knowledge of quantitative methods across risk analytics, predictive and decision modelling, advanced analytics like ML/AI, actuary, capital estimations, pricing of financial instruments including derivatives and regulatory remediation
REQUIREMENTS :
I. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE :
1. Qualified CAs or Postgraduate with - with minimum 6 years of experience in Consulting Firms, Banks, Rating Agency, Large Technology Company
II. EXPERTISE :
1. Thorough understanding of the treasury and ALM operations
2. Understanding of treasury products
3. Knowledge on investments avenues and liquidity management
4. The candidate also needs to have proficiency in one of the following :
- Treasury middle office/front office preferably in a large treasury
5. Sound understanding of policies, processes, procedures, quantification and regulatory reporting requirements and preferably should have played a role in defining them
6. Prior experience in advising and implementing with Treasury Solutions on the above areas
III. INDIVIDUAL ATTRIBUTES :
1. Strong communication skills
2. Ability to be part of a analytics driven, multi-cultural team
3. Strong ability to map client regulatory and actuary requirements and convert the same to a viable business proposition
