Position: Manager Training
Location: Gurgaon
Responsibilities:
Plan programs in WISC and Stores to implement key aspects of the Talent Development strategy of the organization
- Design the approach of specific programs that help meet specific learning objectives for target group of employees
- Execute approved initiatives by defining content and delivering the training and working with third parties in some or all cases
- Build strong relationships with key functional stakeholders across the organization to ensure that L&D solutions are effectively integrated into functional plans and processes.
- Support the team in creating the tools and technologies to make L&D offerings more relevant for business.
- Conceptualize ideas on how to drive learning and development across focus group of associates in WISC and Stores
- Take ideas from design to execution by conceptualizing, planning, executing and driving its project management
- Identify and build relationships with service providers who can help us execute some of the learning interventions.
- Identify new and best practices in learning and development from the industry and work on executing suitable ones in the organization
- Delivery of leadership modules in stores and WISC
- Building Customer Centricity Culture and Delivery of trainings for the same
- Delivery of Sales Training skills to impact top line growth
