We are hiring for Corporate Sustainability &amp; Responsibility Manager with a leading industry. - Defining activities that the company may undertake to achieve its CSR commitments of being environmentally sustainable and socially responsible. - Ensuring that the company's CSR programme is consistent with Section 135 of the Companies Act 2013, Companies Rules 2014 and such other rules, regulations, circulars, and notifications as may be applicable and amended from time to time. - Creating impact by delivering within the budget, monitoring financial accuracy with required supporting and ensuring accountability for all compliances on CSR - Providing a guideline for CSR programme implementation and making appropriate provisions for social or environmental projects. - Coordinate with the global subject matter experts across the company and implement the best practices in India. - Generate and distribute summaries, analyses, and reports to key stakeholders, including the Executive Team, in a manner that continuously drives change and inspires the culture. - Maintain appropriate customer relationships and effectively respond to their inquiries. - Problem solve, recommend and implement complex solutions with required laws and regulations in all aspects.
