We are looking for a Corporate SCM - BPRM Team Member (Manager) for India's largest mobile tower installation company based at Gurgaon.

Work Timings : Standard

Experience : 2-12 years of experience in SCM / Supplier Management

Education : B.E/B.Tech in Any discipline from Tier 1 institute (IIT/NIT/BITS/DCE/NSIT) / MBA from Tier 1 institute (IIM /ISB/NITIE/MDI) will be preferred

Skills / Competencies : Ability to communicate well at all levels within and outside organization.

Principal Purpose of the Job

Development & Execution of the System and Processes to facilitate procurement of Indirect Material & Services of supporting functions in timely and cost effective manner through competent & able suppliers

KRA

1. Regular engagement with supplier partners through Contract Governance meetings

2. Ensuring timely payments to the supplier partners

3. Resolving system and payment related issues of supplier partners

4. Ensuring statutory & regulatory compliances of supplier partners

5. Collaborate with cross-functional team to formulate partner performance rating criteria. Measuring performance of partners on set criteria.

6. Drive partner performance improvement through series of initiatives

7. Building safety culture among Partners

8. Action planning for Partner Satisfaction improvement

9. Drive continuous improvement through automation and process simplification projects

10. Extend analytical support and management dashboarding on key supply chain Parameters

11. Extend guidance and support to circle BPRM team and Outsourced Consultants (Contract Governance, Partner Helpdesk)
