Manager - Corporate Strategy (Manufacturing)

- Formulate organisation strategy by deriving insights from the research data to achieve the larger objectives and goals of the organisation

- New market/segments/products evaluation, opportunity sizing, business landscaping.

- Business Plans: Opportunity evaluation, manufacturing strategy, channel evaluation, NPV, IRR calculations

- Pricing/ Margin/ Product Viability/ business case.

- Conduct periodic reviews of business units to monitor progress against the defined KPIs

- Benchmark the business strategy and outputs with competitors within the industry

- Plan to prioritize projects, develop project deliverables, monitor project progress & budget.

- Provide strategic diligence support to the CEO and increase his availability for executive level responsibilities by developing

1. Corporate Strategy through Research and Analysis

2. Conduct feasibility analysis and create detailed Techno Commercial proposals and analysis

3. Conduct SWOT analysis and outline risks, opportunities and solutions for Business

4. Financial modelling

5. Scanning & Analysis of Industry Peers/New business

- Drive and coordinate with cross functional teams and plant on day-to-day basis in facilitating market needs of the product.

Qualification And Experience :

1. BE (NIT/IIT) & MBA from Premier Institute with 2-4 years of experience in business strategy and planning/Product strategy/Project management in manufacturing set up/Product development.

2. Able to represent the team at various levels. Keen problem solver with analytical nature and excellent problem solving skillset. Open minded, flexible and willing to adapt to changing situations. Must be able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.

3. Must portray a strong professional work ethic to other team members. Be able to work flexible hours to meet work demands and project deadlines.

4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in the English language. Must be proficient at excel and PowerPoint.
