One of the MNC companies in Data center business is hiring Manager Strategy .

The incumbent shall be responsible for the execution/management of multiple aspects of the Strategy function . From a functional perspective, this broadly encompasses working on all aspects of the growth agenda and building a more adaptive &resilient organization. The sector is witnessing sustained double digit growth and the organization is the market leader. The role is right for candidates who are not deterred by the challenge of fluidity and partial ambiguity in a high growth environment.

Main Responsibilities:

- Support and key module ownership for annual mid to long term business planning exercise

- Ownership and institutionalization of sector scanning, market & competition mapping; alignment with internal stakeholders and external resources with regards to the same

- Ensure execution of projects/assignments under the sole or joint aegis of corporate strategy with co-ordination across functions. Ownership of reporting mechanisms for the same.

- Analysis of new business opportunities organic, inorganic, adjacent and leaps and creation of structured pitch to senior management and other stakeholders

- Agenda driven interaction with external stakeholders pertaining to regulatory and policy matters

Education/Work Exp

- MBA from a Tier-1 Institute

- 6-8 years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Business Advisory & Research

- Financial analysis and Business valuation - Firm understanding and hands-on experience including but not limited to DCF, comparative valuation, economic and debt analysis etc

- Persuasive storytelling and impactful presentation skills

- Thinking through problems typical to business and organization and creating/driving solution frameworks within less than optimal information environments

- Exposure in terms of execution ownership of incisive research and analysis covering markets, industry /sectoral , economic etc

- Understanding of the Digital and communication sectors including cloud

- Program management experience managing upto medium complexity initiatives independently
