Manager - Corporate Strategy - Consulting Firm - IIM (2-4 yrs)
We are hiring for one of the US-based Consulting organization for Bangalore.
Role:Manager, Corporate Strategy
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver strategic analysis and presentations on business, market and growth opportunities
- Undertake strategic projects to drive growth & valuation
- Support strategic planning processes for corporate initiatives
- Conduct market research and performing competitive analysis to identify trends
- Facilitate corporate development activities, including strategic partnerships, mergers, acquisitions & divestures
- Assist on investor reporting & managing investor relationships
- Supportbusiness development for large deals across business case preparation, pricing, defining engagement model and contracting closure
- Develop business plans for new corporate ventures & incubate them
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education:MBA from IIM A/B/C/L
- Experience: 2 to 3.5 years of relevant post-MBA experience in management consulting or corporate strategy roles
- Skills:
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Attention to detail
- Analytical & data-driven
- Out of the box thinking
- Self-starter
- Tactfulness
