Qualification &amp; experience- - BE &amp; MBA (Finance/Operations) with 10 to 12 years of experience in Manufacturing Operations. - Candidates with exposure in Data Analytics and Sales Operations will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities include helping the strategy head for: - Sales &amp; Operations Planning. - Identification and streamlining of operations where applicable. - Detailed analysis of identified business metrics. - Support in the roll out of organization wide initiatives.
