Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct competitive benchmarking and provide industry insights to support business decisions

- Work on projects related to portfolio strategy, growth strategy, operational efficiency improvement and business process improvement for group companies and for the corporate center

- Liaise with stakeholders across functions and levels to gain direction and alignment

Candidate Profile:

- MBA from the following institutes: IIM, FMS, XLRI, ISB - Batches 2015, 2016, 2017 only

- 2-4 years' experience in Strategy Consulting Firms, i.e. BCG, McKinsey, Bain, AT Kearney, Accenture

- Candidates with project experience in Consumer Goods would be preferred
