Manager - Corporate Security - BFSI (5-15 yrs)

- Coordination of Campus Wide Security / Fire safety initiatives

- Will play a key role in Crisis Response across Bangalore.

- Conduct regular risk assessment exercises and provide requisite input for Location Risk Register.

- Provide regular feedback to Head of Security based on local issues and environment with the aim of assisting in assessing the risk and driving mitigation strategy as also continuously assessing applicability of security controls.

- Monitor the effectiveness of physical access procedures and systems and propose/implement technology based improvements.

- Will be responsible for loss prevention initiatives and material management procedures.

- Will be responsible for all Badging activities including managing inventory.

- Will serve as the internal consultant and SME to business units for implementing protective security policies, procedures.

- To play a key role in prevention of loss of information by execution of required controls.

- In cooperation with Group Integrity+, co-ordinate investigation and remedial action plans following physical security breaches and failures, identified through staff reporting, crime and audit reports and from miscellaneous sources.

- To audit and report on Campus security policy compliance levels.

- Responsibility for management of all Security Awareness initiatives and activities within the campus with the objective of minimizing organisational liabilities and risks.

- To be aware of the changing operating procedures and business practices and ensure Best in class physical security service delivery.

- Co-ordination on security issues with Law enforcement and Emergency services, local bodies of industry associations, government departments, regulatory bodies and industry peers with guidelines from Head of Security and the legal team.

- Will champion all security issues relating to Internal Audit.

- Ownership of the site Incident Management Process.

- Member of professional organisations like OSAC, ASIS and others.

- Will be responsible for Guard Force management and will endeavour to ensure productivity.

- Will be responsible to provide inputs for planning budgetary allocation and expenditure.

- Will work closely with HSW and Group Integrity teams.

- Will be responsible to ensure AMC and regular maintenance of Electronic Security Technology and Fire Safety systems through Facilities teams.

- Will take an active part in identifying suitable vendors for physical security guarding services.
