Qualification and Experience : - CS and LLB - 7-10 years of experience preferably with a listed company Key Deliverables : - Ensuring the corporate law compliances for Marico and its Indian subsidiaries: - Conduct of Board and Committee meetings - Compliances under the Companies Act and the SEBI regulations - Closure of requests from Internal Stakeholders (Functional requests) and Outside stakeholders (Authorities (SEBI, Stock Exchanges and MCA) and shareholders) - Ensuring the secretarial compliances for the Promoter group Companies - Over-seeing the secretarial compliances for the Foreign Subsidiaries - Being active participant in Corporate actions like Long Term Incentive Schemes and others - Being active participant in the execution of Strategy actions like Acquisition, Merger etc. Skills &amp; Competencies : - Business and Commercial acumen - Strong understanding of laws &amp; compliances - Networking and influencing skills - Communication skills Reporting Relationship : - Upwards - Head Corporate Secretarial
