- A team lead position, to be able to lead a team of company secretaries;

Key Performance Areas :
- Sound knowledge of Companies Act, FEMA and RBI compliances;
- Experience in independently handling clients with respect to their compliance under various corporate laws;
- Experience in preparation of secretarial records - Minutes, Registers, resolutions etc.
- Review of compliances as per FEMA and Companies Act;
- Ensuring compliance of client companies with respect to their engagement as per scope of secretarial services;
- Convening and attending board meetings of client companies as & when requisitioned by the client as per the engagement;
- Ensuring up to date secretarial record of client companies- quarter bard meetings/shareholders meeting or meetings as and when informed by the Client;
- Company law advisory to existing client as and when requisitioned;
- Should have handed demat shares and should have sound knowledge of the process and steps;
- Incorporation of Companies/LLP's and related compliance;
- Sound knowledge and experience in advising compliance as per deposit rules and other important sections of Companies Act and FEMA;
- Informing clients on the Compliances with respect to amendments/notifications/circulars issued by Ministry from time to time
Business development :
- Be able to market and generating business for this vertical.
Due Diligence :
- Sound knowledge and experience in conducting Due diligence for Private and Public Cos;
- Coordination with other internal verticals for finalizing DD report;
- Managing the entire due diligence process and review of the final report.
Transaction advisory :
- Support in transaction advisory in terms of compliance as per Companies Act and FEMA
- Should have experience in handing compliance with respect to FCGPR and FCTRS reporting
Agreements :
- Should be able to draft or vet shareholders/MOU/Lease agreements;
