POSITION / DESIGNATION : Group Head, managing the business through Corporates in Bangalore
Reporting : AVP - Group Sales
Location : Bangalore
Job Responsibilities :
Planning
- Undertake planning for achieving sales targets for the cluster
- Develop sales targets for the branches within the cluster
- Ensure monitoring and analysis of the performance of each branch in the cluster against identified targets
- Implement incentive schemes for bank employees within the cluster
- Strengthen relationship with Corporates
- Manage & enhance the relationship with the corporate tie-ups
- Maintain clear communication with the corporates of the partner banks
- Sales growth and cost management
- Ensure achievement of sales targets for the cluster
- Ensure successful launch of new products and marketing promotional campaigns within the Cluster
- Review monthly sales targets and performance of Business Managers
- Effectively manage overheads and thus ensure reduction of cost of operations for the cluster
Customer satisfaction and retention :
- Monitor satisfaction of the clusters customers through a customer satisfaction index based on parameters such as customer complaints
People Management:
- Develop the recruitment and training plan for the Business Managers in line with the overall recruitment & training plan and ensure recruitment and training of the team as per the plan
- Resolve any issues related to the Business managers
- Ensure CROs meet their training requirements
- Ensure employee satisfaction and motivation
QUALIFICATIONS Graduate, preferable postgraduate in Marketing an MBA from an Institute of repute
