Manager - Corporate Sales - Hiring Solutions Business (2-4 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieving sales targets through acquisition of new clients by penetrating the market and growing business from existing clients.
- Prior experience is corporate sales is a must.
- Area Mapping, cold calling, prospecting, negotiation, and closing business with necessary documentations.
- Building and managing the client base to provide the hiring solutions to corporate clients by assessing their business requirements.
- Building & managing strong relationships with clients and the TPOs of the colleges.
- Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume clients to accomplish organic growth.
- Be a self-starter and pro-active; identify and act on opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure reporting and communications is frequent and bi-directional.
- Create a positive brand image and awareness among prospective candidates & clients.
- Have a good understanding of the product information and ensure proper handling of all

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

- Strong planning & organization skills with the ability to manage customer expectations.

- Someone with the experience in same profile and similar responsibilities would be preferred.
