Manager - Corporate Sales - Government/Defense/Corporate & Fleet Segment (11-15 yrs)
The Corporate Sales Manager is primarily responsible for identifying, developing and managing profitable sales opportunities in bulk & Institutional (Government, Defense, Corporate & Fleet) segment. Additionally, he would also be responsible for identifying, developing and coordination of exports sales opportunities in consultation with regional headquarters.

- Areas of Responsibility
- Identifying, developing and managing profitable sales opportunities in the fleet and institutional segments
- Making national level B2B tie-ups and strengthen cooperation with leasing & direct purchase
- Develop enabling guidelines and structure (including dealership organization) to support Identification, development and management of opportunities
- Directly lead and support institutional approval, contract process and MOUs with institutions and fleet buyers
- Set up a regular process for monitoring and review and generate high-quality MIS and decision support system.
- Ongoing opportunity development and new initiatives to support future sales growth objectives:-
- Developing & implementing segment strategy through internal resources & dealer corporate sales manpower to deliver key performance indices like volume, penetration and corporate market share
- Regularly monitor and audit the opportunity pipelines and system readiness to ensure the achievement of sales results on a sustainable basis.
- Develop & help implement strategies including Marketing activities & business planning, communication of central activities for Corporate Sales
- Organizing Events & Promotional Activities, Test Drive events for Corporates and improving the overall effectiveness of the events
- Sales standards and customer satisfaction
- Playing an active role in the formulation of company car policy for new customers, offering consultative advice along with first class service & support
