The Role:

We are looking for a highly-creative growth marketer (growth hacker) who is passionate about scaling and selling products that customers love and is willing to drive adoption on the ground as well. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company's vision and strategy. We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. The candidate will be expected to own the P&L of a new center and lead a team of sales & operations personnel. If you love Enterprise Sales, setting up a center and building a team from scratch, this role is for you.

Job Responsibilities:

- Own & grow the P&L for Enterprise with end-to-end responsibility of sales and operations

- Get relevant enterprise partners on board to source the new customers, convert maximum output from these sources

- Strategize sales across customer segments

- Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth

- Build & nurture a team of sales executive & operations personnel

Qualifications:

- Proven negotiation skills, influencing abilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Must be metric driven, Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment

- Experience in customer facing roles in any industry preferred;

- Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines

- MBA/Post-graduation qualification preferred
