Manager - Corporate Sales - FinTech (1-2 yrs)

We are hiring Corporate Sales Manager for our client who is a leader in Fin-tech Industry.

Responsibilities:

1) Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.

2) Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence.

3) Responsible for aligning the company's sales strategies according to the needs of the customer.

4) Converting solid prospective leads into customers.

5) Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

6) Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

7) Maintaining the database with regular CRM updating.

Qualifications:

1) Must have 1-2 years of successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

2) Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

3) Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.

4) Strong business sense and industry expertise.
