- Drive sales of new products.
- To drive and motivate dealer staff for achieving corporate sales targets. Identify, Set and achieve the segment-wise target for dealers. Increase in Enquiry Generation through Corporate Channel.
- Explore and create new business opportunities to expand our volume targets. Build and maintain relationships with Key Accounts.
- Work with AO (Sales + Customer Care) to address Customer Escalation within agreed time-frame.
- Ensure Manpower Adequacy. Identify training needs/requirement for effective selling
- Motivate and retain manpower through rewards and recognitions.
- Identify and map existing and upcoming key accounts/segments for incremental numbers
- Focus and develop strategy to capture emerging segments like E-commerce / Start-ups / New Age Businesses.
- Align policies and strategies with HO + AO + Dealer Teams. Engage with existing Key accounts and add new accounts
