Manager - Corporate Recruitment - NBFC/Housing Finance

- Our clients, a Leading Financial Services group is looking out for a dynamic Talent Acquisition professional to manage its ramp up in various business lines from the Corporate Centre of Excellence team based at Mumbai.

- The individual should be a MBA - Tier 1/2 with around 4-7 years experience in the Banking/ Financial Services sector.

- The person should have the go-getter, result oriented attitude with a strong understanding about the Wholesale and Retail Financial Services business.

- The person should have good understanding about the products / services in the Financial Services sector and possess excellent stakeholder management skills.

- The position would report to the Group Lead - Talent Acquisition.
