Manager - Corporate Purchase - NPD/BOP Vertical - Manufacturing Plant

10~15 Years in Corporate Purchase/Vendor Development - NPD preferably from Tier-1 of Auto Industry.

- To control the Corp Purchase activities across all manufacturing Plants on NPD.

- Finalization of supplier/cost @ optimum level in line with Budget/ZBC for all Items belonging to New Part Development sections.

- Preparation of analytical data on QCDDM basis & coordination with Plant team members.

- Support respective Plant SCM team in establishing good QCDDM conditions..

- Weekly/Monthly review with team members to avoid any gap in procurement process.

- Ensuring all BOP Parts/FTG readiness for all New Projects as per Target QCDDM level

- Achieve cost down target w.r.t.Annual Plan & MOPs

- Control & Monitoring of consumption trend for applicable category w.r.t. per unit production as per plan.

- Vendor consolidation for all categories as per Annual Plan

- Process Standardization for allocated area of work as per Plan.

- To ensure timely delivery of material as per Plant requirement to avoid any line stoppage.

- Ensuring 100% compliance on Annual Training Programmes/schedules as finalized with HR.

- For all Units to ensure ON TIME new development (Bought Out Parts-BOPs & its FTG) for all Running Products/Models or New Products/Models or Alternate Re-Sourcing due to QCDDM (Quality, cost, delivery, development & management) concerns at selected supplier's end as per events & with required quality as per Customer Target & Expectations.

- To initiate capable supplier selection activity after receiving final BOM from Engg./R&D/Mktg/Plant as per QCDDM suitability/requirement for BOPs & its related FTG,

- Preparation of analytical data on QCDDM basis & coordination with CFT members (as per management target & direction) towards logical/strategical supplier selection for each new part for new development or alternate resourcing. Cost data needs to be provided by Purchase Engg cost section after all analysis & negotiation after receipt of Quotations.

- Finalization of all costs within Budget for all Projects of all Plants (NPD + Consolidation + Alternate Resourcing).
